Terms & Conditions


1. Service Agreement

By booking our relocation services, customers agree to abide by the terms mentioned herein. All services are provided by GREAT AASTHA RELOCATIONS based on the mutually agreed quotation and scope of work.

2. Advance Payment

  • Customers are required to pay an advance amount at the time of booking or at the loading point.
  • Remaining payment must be settled at the time of unloading unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Packing & Handling

  • We use high-quality packing materials to ensure the safety of goods.
  • The company is not responsible for self-packed goods or improperly declared fragile items.
  • Customers are advised not to include jewelry, cash, or other valuables in the consignment.

4. Loading & Unloading

  • Our team will load and unload goods with care. However, dismantling and re-installation of furniture, electronic fittings, or carpentry work are not included unless agreed separately.
  • Packing materials remain the property of the company and must be returned after delivery, failing which rental charges may apply.

5. Transportation & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimated based on distance, route, and other factors. Unforeseen delays due to traffic, weather, strikes, or legal issues are beyond the company’s control. Customers will be informed in case of delays.

6. Liability & Insurance

  • The company will take utmost care of goods during transit but shall not be liable for damages due to unforeseen circumstances such as accidents, fire, theft, or natural calamities.
  • Customers are encouraged to opt for transit insurance for additional protection of their belongings.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled move.
  • Advance payments are non-refundable if cancellations are made after the vehicle or manpower has been arranged.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per company policy.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure proper access at pickup and delivery locations.
  • Parking permissions, society permissions, and any other approvals are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customers must be present or have an authorized representative during loading and unloading.

9. Disclaimer

GREAT AASTHA RELOCATIONS provides services on an "as available" basis and disclaims any guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operations. All information provided is general in nature and may be subject to change without notice.

10. Governing Law

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts and governed by the laws of India.
